Paula Kahumbu
Paula Kahumbu is an award-winning Kenyan conservationist, CEO of Kenya’s WildlifeDirect (formerly the Africa Conservation Fund), leader of Kenya’s Hands Off Our Elephants Campaign, and winner of the National Geographic Buffett Award for conservation leadership in Africa. She is the coauthor of two children’s books on African animals. She lives in Nairobi, Kenya.
Claudia Geib is a science journalist based on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
