Paul Sinton-Hewitt
Paul Sinton-Hewitt is a recognized figure in the fields of fitness and public health. In 2014, he was awarded the CBE by Queen Elizabeth II for his services to grassroots sports participation. He is also a recipient of the Albert Medal from the RSA. “One Small Step” is his debut book, co-authored with his close friend and fellow runner, Matt Whyman.
