About The Author

Paul Mort

Twice UK Mastercoach of the Year, Paul Mort is a coach, mentor and author who’s impacted thousands of people all over the world. Based in South Shields, but with clients nationally and internationally on his life-changing programmes, he is known for his no nonsense and hands on approach.

But his life wasn’t always this way. Less than 10 years ago Paul was suicidal, literally at a cliff edge. Despite having created a successful fitness business, his head and heart were not in the right place. He was a cocaine addict and pushed away those around him, even his wife and children. The video he posted about his near suicide attempt has been viewed over 5 million times and was the catalyst in reaching the many men who felt completely overwhelmed and changed their lives.
