About The Author
Paul Adamson
Paul Adamson, author of The Beginner’s Book to Hunting and Fishing in New Zealand, expresses his great love of the outdoors whether fishing, hunting, taking photographs or playing golf. Born in Plymouth, England, Paul came to New Zealand as a baby. With a BA in Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, for over 30 years he has worked as an educator, a principal and a counsellor, and is currently in charge of an alternative education school in the Wairarapa. Paul is an expert on boys in education, speaking at several international conferences. As well as introducing his two sons, James and Tom, to a love of the outdoors, he has also been a registered breeder of Labradors for over 25 years. He lives in Masterton with his wife, Suzie, on their olive grove.
