Critics Review
”…a definitive look at an automaker with an outsize impact”
– Eric D. Lawrence * Detroit Free Press *A fine book chronicling AMC with interior and exterior details for each model produced each year 1954 through 1988.
– Helen V Hutchings * Speedreaders.Info *“The Complete Book of AMC Cars is recommended for anyone who loves automobiles, AMC cars or not. Its a beautiful, well-researched book that you will cherish. It’s beautifully crafted and expertly assembled by people who care about the product. The well-written text is enhanced by some of the highest quality contemporary photographs I’ve seen this year in a book about cars and is further enhanced by illustrations, ads and historical photographs that help tell the company’s life story.”
– Joe Farace * JoeFarace.com *“More than just the Eagle, Foster and Glatch guide readers through every production car AMC ever made. The Complete Book of AMC Cars spans 200 pages and is illustrated with 300 images, including archival and contemporary photographs together with period marketing materials.”
– Greg Williams * Drivin.ca *”…rather than just telling the story of the AMC company, it’s an encyclopedic look at the company, its movers and/or shakers, its various brands and various models. It’s a sad story, but you do learn about all the work, the design, the innovation, that the AMC folks put into it…if you’re an AMC fan it might be the greatest thing you’ve had on your coffee table.”
