She's the author of seven children's books and three adult poetry books.Patricia retired as a teacher from the Fulton County Board near Atlanta, Georgia. She also taught in Texas and Louisiana. Choral high and elementary music, reading, and regular elementary grades provided her with a varied teaching career. During this period, she sang concerts in the United States and Australia.
