Olga Martín Molinero is a therapist and teacher of yin yoga and free movement. She is a transpersonal facilitator of forgiveness and works with MIRROR EFFECT, PROJECTIONS AND FORGIVENESS. She is dedicated to accompanying processes of change, self-knowledge and inner growth, thus creating a healthy relationship with oneself and with life. After having a successful business for seven years, she left everything to travel for more than two years around the world with the intention of leaving her comfort zone, opening herself to something new, unknown and much desired. As she traveled, she began to see and feel differently. She was connecting with herself and opening a path of deep and conscious self-knowledge. Upon her return to Spain, she continued to take courses in spirituality and consciousness, opening her heart to the experience of putting the mind at the service of practical daily action.
