Oku Hiroya
Hiroya Oku is a manga artist known for his works:

All of these series were serialized in Young Jump magazine. His manga are often characterized by explicit violence, gore, and sexual situations.
In 1988, under the pen name Yahiro Kuon, he won the second prize in the Youth Manga Awards. He also designed a character named “Shura” for the fighting game Soulcalibur IV, developed by Bandai Namco for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
