About The Author
Nicola Evans
Nicola Evans is a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing at Cardiff University, UK. She has over 15 years’ experience in therapeutic work, and is trained in systemic family therapy practice and CBT for children and adolescents.
Ben Hannigan is a Reader in Mental Health Nursing at Cardiff University, UK, and has a practice background as a community mental health nurse. He has published widely in nursing, health care and social science journals and was the winner of the RCN in Wales Research in Nursing Award 2015.
