Summary
Something is broken in the way we do business. And you can feel it.

Critics Review
“Nick is masterfully good at steering the esoteric into the practical.” - Tim Marple, PhD, Co-Director of Maiden Labs, Formerly Google and OpenAI
Nick Richtsmeier
Nick laid the foundations of Trust-Made Growth®, a system for human-centered strategy, in Chicago and Denver in the early 2000s. He was speaking to platforms of over 2000 people and training consultants twice his age before 25. By 32, he was running his own multi-million dollar P&L.
Each season of economic disruption over the past 20 years revealed cracks of opportunity for non-conventional thinking. Working with dozens of leaders and training over 200 consultants, he found consistent friction in trust-breaking decisions and stakeholder misalignment that stalled firm growth time and time again.
By 2019, this deep work led to CultureCraft®, where Nick applied his Trust-Made Growth® ecosystem across financial services, higher education, and technology, proving that isolation and anxiety endemic to the web’s expansion were recognizable everywhere.
Now, he shares Trust-Made Growth® through his book The Damn Rules, the Trust-Made Growth® Guild, and a growing lineup of TMG Strategists - freeing trust-forward ventures from the extraction economy. Nick lives with his wife and three teenage sons on a legacy acreage outside Des Moines, Iowa.
