Critics Review

AI can accelerate knowledge and execution, but the brain still makes decisions through attention, emotion, social cues, and trust. Communication Advantage is a timely guide for the next generation of professionals, who will need to combine technological fluency with the cognitive and relational skills that machines cannot fully replicate

I’ve known Neil for years, both as a colleague and collaborator on leadership and talent development initiatives. Communication Advantage tackles a question every business leader is grappling with today: as AI reshapes how we work, what human skills become more valuable, not less? Neil brings clarity and practical wisdom to this challenge. A must-read for anyone navigating their career in an automated world.Saleh Lootah

I have spent years teaching people how to attract clients, investors, and partners, and every deal comes down to whether the other person feels understood. Neil built a structure for that: rapport, perception, and staying in the green zone. Give it to someone starting out, then read it yourself.Anric Blatt
