About The Author

Natsuki Kikuya

Natsuki Kikuya is a sake educator and sommelier. She is the founder of The Museum of Sake, a sake education and promotion agency based in the UK. Natsuki is the co-developer of the WSET Level 3 Award in Sake and teaches at the WSET School in London. In 2015, she was awarded the title Sake Samurai by the Japanese government for her services to the drink.
