About The Author
Natsuki Kikuya
Natsuki Kikuya is a sake educator and sommelier and is the founder of The Museum of Sake, a sake education and promotion agency based in the UK. She is the co-developer of the WSET Level 3 Award in sake and teaches at the WSET School in London. In 2015 she was awarded the title Sake Samurai from the Japanese government for her services to the drink.
