About The Author
Murray C. Meikle
Murray C. Meikle is Emeritus Professor of Orthodontics, King’s College London Dental Institute at Guy’s, King’s College and St Thomas’ Hospitals (GKT), University of London, and a former Dean of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Since retiring from GKT in 2003, he has been Professor of Orthodontics at the University of Otago and a Visiting Professor at the National University of Singapore.
