Supervised byquality management guru, Dr. Noriaki Kano, in Japan, and workingwith corporations including Delta on engineering projects, he is anexpert in Japanese methods of technology and productdevelopment.JUI-CHIN JIANG, PhD, is the Associate Professor andformer chair of the Department of Industrial and SystemsEngineering of Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan. He is Chairof the CYCU Quality Research Center and is a senior businessconsultant to corporations and government institutions.MAO-HSIUNG TU is the President of D&N BusinessConsulting Co., Ltd., and the founder and chairman of theAssociation of Quality Managers (AQM). He helped Philips (Taiwan)win the Deming Application Prize and the Japan Quality Medal in1991 and 1997.
