About the Author

Mike W. Peng is the Provost's Distinguished Professor of Global Business Strategy at the University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to this position, he served as associate professor at the Fisher School of Business at the Ohio State University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington. Dr. Peng has authored three books, including GLOBAL STRATEGY (South-Western) as well as more than fifty scholarly articles. He has served on the editorial boards of leading journals, such as the ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT JOURNAL, JOURNAL OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS STUDIES, and STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT JOURNAL.
