About The Author
Michele Pascarella
Born in Maddaloni, near Naples, Italy, Michele moved to the UK when he was 19. He started his business 8 years ago by driving around with his ‘Napoli on the Road’ three-wheel Ape Piaggio truck complete with wood-fired oven. He is now the owner of two huge popular pizza restaurants in Chiswick and Richmond.
