As a forensic anthropologist, Dr. Kate Riley spends her time dealing with the dead. A career that is more gruesome and intense than most people can handle, it has been her driving passion ever since her partner disappeared in college years ago. Her degrees include English Literature and Language, Anthropology and a master's in Creative Writing, all from Central Michigan University.
