About the Author

Michael Weir is Professor of Law at Bond University, Queensland. He has trained in therapeutic massage and has a doctorate in law focused on the regulation of complementary medicine and has been actively publishing journal articles and book chapters in this area of research. He has taught legal and ethical issues in complementary medicine for more than twenty seven years.
