About The Author

Michael Seear

Dr Michael Seear is a Professor at the University of British Columbia and Staff Physician in the Department of Respiratory/Intensive Care at the Children’s Hospital in Vancouver. Obidimma Ezezika is a Grand Challenges Fellow and the Founder of the African Centre for Innovation and Leadership Development. He holds adjunct faculty appointments at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of public health and the Faculty of Health Sciences, UOIT, where he teaches global health.
