Michael H. Gorn
Michael H. Gorn
Michael H. Gorn is a former deputy Air Force historian and chief historian of the NASA Dryden Flight Research Center. He holds a doctorate in history from the University of Southern California. Gorn has authored more than a dozen books, including NASA’s Forgotten Genius: Hugh L. Dryden and the Foundations of the American Space Program. He has been featured in interviews on the BBC, History, and the Discovery Channel. Gorn is a recipient of the AIAA’s Gardner-Lasser Aerospace History Award for Expanding the Envelope: Flight Research at the NACA and NASA.
Giuseppe De Chiara
Giuseppe De Chiara is an accomplished aerospace professional who began his career as a designer of Parabolic Flights facilities. He later joined the ISS program as a training expert and operations leader. In 2003, De Chiara transitioned to a second career as a professional aerospace illustrator, with his work featured in numerous books and publications. He resides in Caserta, Italy.
Davide Sivolella
Born in Italy, Davide Sivolella developed an early fascination with flying machines. His passion for astronautics led him to pursue bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin. In 2009, Davide moved to the United Kingdom, where he has held various positions in the civil aviation industry, working with airlines and aircraft manufacturers. He began his writing career in 2013, regularly publishing books on space-exploration technologies.
