Mateo Zielonka
Mateo Zielonka, aka The Pasta Man, is head chef at 180 Studios in the Strand, London, where he also has his own pasta studio. Polish-born, he has worked in restaurants including Padella and Polpo. Mateo teaches pasta classes and you can find his videos on Food52, The Feedfeed, and Designmilk. He is the author of The Pasta Man and Pasta Masterclass.
