About The Author

Martin George

Martin George is Professor of Land Law at City, University of London. Martin was voted Lecturer of the Year on five separate occasions as Associate Professor at the University of Leicester, including in 2020. Martin received the University Distinguished Teaching Fellowship in 2019. He is an Academic Fellow of the Inner Temple, as well as an Academic Member of 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square.

Antonia Layard is Tutor and Fellow in Law, St Anne’s College, and Professor of Law, University of Oxford. Antonia is also on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Law and Society.
