About the Author
Mark V. Kauppi received his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado and his M.A. from the University of California at Berkeley. Paul R. Viotti earned his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley and masters degrees from Georgetown University and the George Washington University.
