About the Author
Mark "SNapper" Mattison is a former U.S. Air Force commander and F-16C fighter pilot who led warriors at the flight, squadron and wing level. Over his 29 years flying U.S. and Russian fighters, he flew in the F-16C, MiG 29, SU-22, F-15C, B-1B. SNapper retired from active duty in 2014 and lives with his wife and her mother in Frisco Texas.
