Mark Harris is a military historian specialising in the naval aspects of the Great War. His writing is rooted in extensive research in archival records to present a full and complete view of conflict from the perspective of all of the participants. He has come to writing after a professional management career in Financial Services, with extensive experience in product management, literature and communications, as well as operational, project and relationship management. He holds an Honours Degree in Economics, as well as being a Qualified Teacher and Accountant.
