For the past 11 years, Marianne has been Managing Partner and co-owner of NGS Global, aninternational leadership advisory business. Prior to that she was a Group Vice-President andthen Senior Vice-President of the US headquartered professional services firm, Gartner Inc(listed on the NYSE). She has held a Chair of Management, and been Associate Dean andProfessor at Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, and led that School'sSenior Executive MBA. She has been a Finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the Year(nominated by a junior staff member) and is regularly a judge for The Australian's InnovationChallenge.On the personal side, Marianne has four adult children, a bunch of grandchildren, and thesame partner for over 40 years.
