About The Author
Margit Schroer
Dipl.-Psych. Margit Schröer is a psychological psychotherapist, psycho-oncologist, supervisor and ethicist in health care. She was a senior psychologist in a large hospital and co-founded a local hospice group. She teaches at universities and is a member of ethics committees at Düsseldorf clinics.
Prof. Dr. Lukas Radbruch holds the chair of palliative medicine at the University of Bonn and is chief physician of the Center for Palliative Medicine, Malteser Hospital Bonn/Rhein-Sieg, as well as president of the German Society for Palliative Medicine (DGP).
