What They're Saying

Critics Review

a good read - Auto Express — Overall, a highly comprehensive and focussed look at a couple of very successful Ford U.S.A. products. Definitely recommended. - Model A Ford Club of GB Newsletter — a good book for those enthusiasts interested in the ‘malaise era’ of the American automotive industry as well as fans of this niche model. - Classic Car Weekly — Lavishly illustrated - which is vital when dealing with a model with which we may not be familiar - the story of the Maverick is also the story of the US manufacturers’ attempt to fight back against the growing import invasion from Europe and Japan - Classics Monthly — Marc Cranswick’s take on the 1970-‘77 Maverick and Comet shines a light in a topic rarely covered in print. - Classic & Sports Car — Well-illustrated and very readable, this 160 page hardback is an interesting read. You don’t have to be Ford fan to enjoy it. - New Zealand Classic Car
