What They're Saying
Critics Review
Many of our ancestors were employed in the leather or tanning industries. This book provides a good introduction to understand what they did for a living, what was involved, and what the issues were. It is a significant resource because there are few places to see the tanning process in action today (because of heavy pollution) or to see the traditional skills being applied. This book isrecommended for anyone who needs to put leather working ancestors into context.– “FGS FORUM”
