About the Author
Lynley Dear is the author of three children's books, two collections of poetry and two volumes of local history.Her poetry column Scanning the South, appeared in The Southland Times (N.Z.) for fifteen years.Her three previous novels are Ithaca (2009), Poppy Boys (2010 & 2015) and The Hollywood School of Dressmaking (2015).
