Luke Beatty is Library Director and Assistant Professor of Library and Information Science at Illinois College, USA. Luke has an MLIS and an MEd from the University of Western Ontario.

Cynthia A. Cochran is Associate Professor of English and Director of the Campus Writing Center at Illinois College, USA. Cindy has an MS in Education from the University of Illinois and a PhD in English from Carnegie Mellon University.
