Lucy Wolfe is a fully trained and certified sleep consultant and mum of four children, ranging in age from almost 15 to 6 years of age. She is based in Cork, Ireland and works full time assisting families with children from 6 months to 6 years of age to establish positive sleeping practices, but without using a cry intensive or cry it out approach. She is a regular guest on television and radio shows and writes monthly for The Irish Independent, Mothers and Babies Magazine and many other parenting magazines.
