Lucy Meggeson is a former BBC Radio 2 producer and host of the Thrive Solo podcast. She’s a regular on Jo Good’s BBC Radio London show and has been a guest on various other radio and podcasts, including Jeremy Vine’s BBC Radio 2 show and Peter McGraw’s Solo: The Single Person’s Guide to a Remarkable Life. Lucy is based in London. She’s childfree and has been single for over seven years. She lives alone and enjoys a full, peaceful, contented, and meaningful life (with a cat).
