The evolving dynamics of her relationships, especially with a close friend and a former acquaintance, deepen the exploration of love, friendship, and self-discovery. The college setting provides a backdrop for the protagonist to confront her fears and desires, encountering both the thrill and the emotional struggles that come with newfound freedom. The narrative delves into the complexities of adjusting to a new environment, where the protagonist not only seeks academic success but also grapples with the deeper questions of identity and purpose.
