About The Author
Lucien Rapp
Lucien Rapp is Emeritus Professor at the Law School of the University of Toulouse, where he teaches international business law and competition law. He has been the scientific director of the Chaire SIRIUS since its creation in 2013. Professor Rapp has authored a number of books, book chapters, papers and scientific communications on various legal aspects of space activities. He is also a member of the Paris Bar and advises governments as well as global companies on their space policies and strategies as a senior consultant to an international law firm.
