Art of Conversation 12 Copy Display - Children

Joel Thomas Fun and insightful I must admit I’m not that confident when it comes to children. I don’t have any of my own, but I do have a 6-year-old nephew, and a 4-year-old niece. I see them once every few weeks, but it was a lot easier when all they wanted to do was play. Now they also talk - a lot! Having found TAOC Travel so fun and insightful, I decided to give this one a go, and I’m so glad I did. I use them more as cheat sheet for conversation topics than an actual game that we play together. I now find it’s a lot easier and less stressful to interact and communicate with them. As a primary school teacher, I’m always looking for effective ways to communicate with children on their level, as well as improve their communication and interaction skills with each other. We now regularly play this game at game time and everyone gets involved. It’s easy and fun, and they’ve all opened up so much. Not only are they closer as a result, but also I’ve found my teachings improved as I can better relate to them and have more of an insight into their personalities. This game is simply a must for teachers, or anyone who works with kids.
