Louise Hart

Louise Hart has been around megaprojects in the UK and Australia for more than 35 years, originally as a lawyer, then as a transaction manager, a railway executive, a megaproject director, and now as an independent adviser based in Sydney.

In addition to her client work in major projects and infrastructure procurement, Louise is a member of the Dispute Review Board Foundation and currently serves on dispute boards in the transport and social housing sectors. Her first book, Procuring Successful Mega-Projects: How to Establish Major Government Contracts Without Ending up in Court, has become a bible for project professionals.
