What They're Saying
Critics Review
An extraordinary memoir … filled with memories of her incredible life. * The Mirror *Liza Minnelli sets the record straight about the mother she adored, the men she fell for and the demons she finally banished. * Sunday Times Magazine *Although Minnelli calls out bad behaviour and bad people, this is a funny and generous memoir. She gives warm credit to every collaborator in her dazzling EGOT-winning stage and screen career (gaining Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony awards), and describes her many health issues - scoliosis, miscarriages, encephalitis, crushed discs and hip replacements - with a show-must-go-on spirit … [A] high-kicking hoofer of a book. * Telegraph *a heady brew of gossip, glamour and defiance * Guardian *
