Lisa Davis
Lisa Davis, MPH, has nearly two decades of broadcast experience and is a former sex educator. With a master’s degree in public health, she is creator, host, and producer of the syndicated It’s Your Health radio heard on NPR as well as host/producer of Talk Healthy Today and Talk Fitness Today by AIM Media (of Clean Eating, Vegetarian Times, and Better Nutrition magazines). She is host/producer of Naturally Savvy Radio heard online on RadioMD, iHeart Radio Talk, TuneIn, Stitcher, iTunes, UberRadio, and TalkStreamLive. She lives in the greater Boston area with her husband, daughter, and three crazy dogs.
Erin Macdonald, RDN, has been a registered dietitian, nutritionist, and wellness coach for more than twenty years. She is the co-founder of U Rock Girl, a website devoted to nourishing the mind, body, and spirit of women and is the co-author of No Excuses! 50 Healthy Ways to ROCK Breakfast! As the dietitian for Clean Eating magazine and the co-creator of “A Whole Life Guide to Lasting Weight Loss” for the Clean Eating Academy, she helps women repair their relationships with food and their body image. She shares her passion for nutritious and delicious food with others through her interactive cooking classes. Her greatest achievement is as a wife and mom to her four boys. She resides in Orange County, California.
