So very many recipes. Ever since I received my copy of 400 Sensational Cookies, I’ve been busy experimenting and trying our new recipes. My house smells wonderful and I’ve got enough cookies here for an army for a month (or my family for a week or so). I got 400 Sensational Cookies to liven up my tired cookie baking. Yes, a classic chocolate cookie is great but can get a bit boring. This book does cover a lot of the classics, often with tasty variations. However, I was most interested in trying something new like Tropical Dreams, Cherry Almond Slices, Maple Leaf Cookies, Apple Walnut Cookies, etc. The best keeper I found was not a cookie recipe at all but one for brownies. Chocolate Fudge Brownies are possible the best brownies I have ever tasted. I highly suggest freezing these brownies in individual serving sizes so that you can grab one whenever craving hits.
