About The Author
Linda Chadderton
Linda Chadderton is a lecturer in law on the undergraduate LL.B. and postgraduate Legal Practice Course at UCLAN, and a solicitor and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. As a practicing solicitor she specialised in defendant litigation. She teaches tort law, litigation, personal injury, clinical negligence and professional skills.
