LEE T. OSTROM, PHD, has worked in the fields of risk assessment, industrial safety, ergonomics, and human factors for over thirty-five years. A Certified Professional Ergonomist and Certified Safety Professional, he has been an Associate Dean and Academic Director and Full Professor University of Idaho, Idaho Falls.

CHERYL A. WILHELMSEN, PHD, is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Idaho, Idaho Falls. She has been the director of the Industrial Technology BS, and Technology Management degree programs. She has also taught for APUS/AMU and consulted with NASA Ames in the area of aviation inspection.
