Kyle Gonzalez M.S., CSCS, is a former D1 athlete, performance coach, and author of The Vitality System. With over a decade of experience, he has dedicated himself to helping people optimize health and performance through coaching, content, and start-up leadership.
He has been featured in Men’s Health, NBC News, and The Washington Post. Currently, he serves as VP of Performance at Coya and hosts The Vitality System Podcast. Kyle lives in Los Angeles, CA.
