Kenny Son manages Sáng, a family-run Korean restaurant in Sydney’s Surry Hills. Originally from Seoul, the family—Seung kee Son, Jin sun Lee, and Kenny—brings together traditional Korean flavors, regional influences, and a deeply personal approach to cooking. In addition to managing the restaurant, Kenny also works as a designer, with his partner Youmee Jeon contributing desserts, ferments, and creative direction.
