The Author
Kenneth Cloke, director of the Center for Dispute Resolution in Santa Monica, California, has been a mediator, arbitrator, university professor, judge, counselor, coach, consultant, trainer, and designer of resolutions systems for over thirty years. He is the author of several books, including Resolving Conflicts at Work and Resolving Personal and Organizational Conflict (both with Joan Goldsmith).
