About The Author
Ken Myers
Ken Myers is a Vascular Surgeon and Phlebologist. He graduated from the University of Melbourne and has worked in London, UK and Chicago, USA. He has been President of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Vascular Surgery and Australian and New Zealand Society of Phlebology, is Emeritus Chancellor of the Australasian College of Phlebology and is an honorary member of the American College of Phlebology. He was responsible for introducing endovenous laser and radiofrequency ablation into Australia. He has participated in several international working parties for consensus documents, particularly association with the International Union of Phlebology.
Paul Hannah is a practicing Phlebologist and Emergency Physician. He graduated from the University of Melbourne and studied further in Cambridge, UK and the Gold Coast, Australia. He is National Director of Training, Australasian College of Phlebology, and is involved with undergraduate medical training.
