About The Author
Kay Bretz
Kay Bretz, a 42-year-old German-Australian, lives in Melbourne, Australia, with his partner Rebecca. Kay is a corporate leader, elite athlete, and explorer. Since childhood, he felt the urge to explore the world. He spent a year in a Scottish boarding school, followed by three years at the University of Seville, Spain. After his Master’s Degree in International Business, he received a Doctorate in European Law.
Kay has more than 15 years’ corporate leadership experience across the globe as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and as a member of senior leadership teams in major Australian retailers.
In 2020, Kay completed his first book and established a consultancy with a vision to work with individuals and organizations to inspire the magic. Kay is dedicated to helping them thrive. He focuses on keynote speaking, executive coaching, and tailored transformation programs to lead teams to exceptional performance and organizations to establish inspiring cultures.
