About The Author

Katie Woolley

Katie Woolley (Author)

Katie Woolley is a creative and versatile editor and writer who has worked on children’s books for all age levels, from board books, novelty books and picture books to non fiction, licensed publishing and educational books and apps. Katie has more than 10 years’ publishing experience; she has written, commissioned, edited and project managed a variety of titles for some of the biggest children’s publishers, such as Ladybird Books and Hachette Children’s Books.

Edyta Karaban (Illustrator)

Edyta Karaban is a Children’s book illustrator and author. She was born and lives Wroclaw, Poland and graduated from the University of Wroclaw, majoring in art history.

She has been illustrating books for several years. She has a cat at home who is often a source of inspiration, and she loves drawing animals and creating animal characters, sometimes giving them human traits and attributes.

She lives in a city but always dreams of being closer to nature. Fortunately, there is a big park next to her home, which she visits daily.

Baking cakes always cheers her up, and if she wasn’t an illustrator, she would probably have made cakes and desserts for a living!
