About the Author

Kate Morris and Sally Brown are co-devisors with Endemol of the 'i can cook' series. Kate Morris is a former journalist and qualified home economist. Kate and Sally now work as food consultants and run The Purple Kitchen, a kids' cookery school where they have discovered firsthand how best to teach children about food and cooking.
