About the Author

Karen Arthur is a fashion designer, educator and podcast host. After working in education for 30 years, Karen founded Wear Your Happy, a fashion boutique which promotes the positive links between fashion and good mental wellbeing.Camilla Ru is a visual artist based in Manchester. An illustrator of magazines, books, albums, podcasts and more, Camilla’s work explores various forms of creativity — working on expanding imaginations and welcoming inspirations from life’s experiences. Her previous clients have included Black Ballad, Vice, Fairtrade, BBC and others.
